No text or user data is recorded and stored following an analysis. Our coaching tool in real time, restores the result without any preservation of the written elements. Only the data that you decide to share with your administration teams and Konsistent teams will be kept, for a maximum of 30 days.

The analysis results are stored. They allow Konsistent to consolidate statistics. Administrators will then be able to decide whether or not to access a completely anonymized Dashboard, presenting trends within the company, and allowing management teams to make structuring decisions in order to change behaviors and mentalities.

Let’s get technical: The servers are hosted in France, complying with European security and compliance laws. All user data is encrypted. The backup data retention period is 2 days.

By its construction, the tool will not make it possible to link dangerous or inappropriate behavior to a person. Therefore, we will never be able to report anyone or help managers identify an employee who has made a mistake. We position ourselves as a coach, we are a help, a security for each of us.
